If Nasi Lemak is the heart of Malaysian food, kampua would be Sarawak's national food. No matter which part of Sarawak you are in, ask anyone and they'll tell you to try kampua or kolokmee. Normally I'd stay away from yellow noodle or instant noodle, but I didn't regret giving this a try because it tastes soOoo awesome! In fact, there is no bad time to enjoy kampua - we have it at anytime of the day!

One thing I love Sarawak for is that the products sell for itself through "word of mouth". No excessive advertising needed. After a crazy week of tv shooting, lost my appetite for eating out. I think this is the solution of outside food hangover..lol!

This is close to what you can have back in Sarawak. Definitely worth a try! :)
