  • Salt to taste
Servings: 5
Time: 2.5 hours

In a pot, blanch your pork ribs. In your soup pot, add 3/4 water to pot & boil. Once done, add your pork ribs & garlic to boil for 30 minutes. Then, add carrots & boil it for 1-1.5 hours long. Lastly, add in your pumpkin & pork meatballs as these take lesser time (15-20 mins) to cook. Salt to taste.
