Fat to Fab: #1 White to Brown

Hey ya'll, since my post on "Fat to Fab" gotten great reviews and feedback from friends, I've decided to start "Fat to Fab" tips that you can easily incorporate without having to starve yourself.

My tip #1 for the day would be "White to Brown". Yes, you guessed it! Switch white rice to brown rice. If you're a rice lover, did you know that white rice packs on lesser fiber, nutrients but higher in sugar??

So, wouldn't it taste yucky with just brown rice??? The answer would be No, just add on other grains. What I make would usually be threesome combination 1. Brown Rice 2. Bario Rice & 3. Barley. Why barley? It's great for weight loss, dietary fiber, lower cholesterol & even sugar levels. Strange enough, the combinations doesn't give you any weird taste or texture. Still tastes great and wholesome.
