Fat to Fab: #3 Flatter Tummy with Oats


Oatmeal is one of my fav diet food every morning. This is so easy to make (recipe here) and only takes 1 minute to prepare, overnight in your fridge and just grab to go in the morning. You can add your choice of berries or fruits, as well as grains. Since I've been on the oatmeal diet couple months ago, my digestion has become faster and smoother.


Why Oats?
1. Low calorie, curb hunger pangs - One small serving will last you an entire morning
2. High fiber, high protein & low fat
3. Reduce bad cholesterol - I need to work harder on this :D
4. Antioxidants that help prevent heart diseases
5. Increase immunity against sickness
6. Flatter tummy - Try this recipe every morning for a week and tummy will easily go flat (of course watch your lunch & dinner)


What you need:
1. Rolled oats, muesli or your choice of mixed grains
2. Plain Yoghurt
3. Milk, Soy, Coconut Milk or Almond Milk (whichever you prefer)
4. Chia Seed, flaxseed, quinoa seed or superfood of your choice
5. Fresh fruits (prepared with serving, try not to soak them overnight to retain freshness)
