Buckwheat Husk Pillow - Remedy for Neck & Shoulder Pain

Neck, shoulder and back pain are common among those who spend hours working in front of the computer or laptop. I'm no exception to that and have tried many ways to reduce the stress/strain by going for weekly massage, sleeping with a memory foam pillow and heat pack every other night but still face neck/shoulder pain.
