Sorry for the almost non existence post in my blog. The truth is, I've never been in the best health since this year.
Jan- Feb =Dry cough
Mar = Shoulder Injury
Apr = Extreme skin allergy for 2 weeks
May - June =Sore throat & dry cough
So, after two weeks and hundreds of ringgit into Western meds, I found myself still dry coughing. Didn't have a good night's sleep cause I kept waking up to myself dry coughing my lungs out. The toxic new workplace didn't offer much help, and made everything worse. :( One of my friend recommended Steamed Orange recipe by someone who survived H1N1 and here's to better health!
Steamed Orange Recipe
1. Soak orange in water.
2. Slice top part of orange.
3. Sprinkle salt on top. Using a chopstick, poke into the orange and let salt seep into the citrus.
4. Close the 'orange lid' and steam for about 15 minutes.
5. Let orange cool down, peel skin off and eat the orange. Juice shouldn't be wasted, so drink up.
Have you tried this before? Tonight is my second orange, hope this works cause I've had way too much meds this year.
