Derma-Calm Neuro Sensitive & Intense Hydro-Nutritive Treatment Review - Frennie Beauty House, Koi Kinrara

They say once you've experienced the best customer service, chances are you'll never switch brands. That said, it's so true when it comes to the beauty and grooming industry. Once you've met a good beauty therapist, you just wouldn't let others touch your face again.

If you've followed my IG, my skin's been battered from my recent trip to Lombok. Didn't get sunburn (thank god!) but came back with super dry, uneven skin tone and extreme under eye circles. 

Skin was screaming for TLC badly. Timing couldn't be perfect as Frennie, my beauty specialist recently opened her facial and beauty center. She was kind enough to invite me to try out. Super ecstatic!

Frennie took good care of my skin before since early of this year and she's even better than yours truly when it comes to my skin and what it's gone through. My skin has gravitated towards dry and sensitive since attached to the current working environment. :(

Took me about 20 minutes to get here from KL and wasn't tough to locate this cause she sent me the location map as well. Talk about great customer service! Plus, it's located at a residential area, which meant plenty of visitor parking and it's FREE. Apa lagi Malaysian mahu? (What more could I ask for right?)

She recommended a combination of Intensive Hydro-Nutritive and Neuro-Sensitive Treatments, which both uses Ericson Laboratoire products only exclusively from France. Initially I was worried cause of my ultra sensitive skin. But Neuro-Sensitive? Okay, I'll rest in piece (I mean lie down with peace on the facial bed). 

I wouldn't need to explain on the details steps as each treatment is designed according to your skin's needs. One thing I liked from this facial was that she repeated the toner and serum steps after mask for a reinforced hydration. Pretty cool right? 

No pain, no stress and heck, I even dozed off during the facial. Frennie was kind enough to throw in complimentary lip & eye mask, as well as neck and shoulder massage. Talk about 'pampering' the face and the soul! :) Even helped to 'kemas' my crazy brows.
