A'mida Volumizing Shampoo & Treatment Review - Organic Hair Products Review

To all Malaysian, stay indoors and take lotsa H20! Weather's been super hot and haze has enveloped the KL city for the past 2 weeks. My skin's sebaceous glands have been super activated and been glowing with oily-appearance skin and flat hair. Plus, you just cannot escape from work stress - overload, crazy hormonal women and more.

Was shopping in 1MK Mall when sis & I visited a shop called 'OHP' in March, just before GST month in April. Was looking for a product that will help to boost flat and lifeless looking hair and recommended this brand called A'mida.

It's a Taiwan brand and its ingredients are pretty safe and 'organic'. Sales person recommended the Goji Berry series to add volume to limp hair. The great thing about A'mida products is that regardless of the range/treatment, it helps with oil control. Great promotion at RM120 for 1000ml A'mida Goji Berry Volumizing Shampoo for flat Collapsed hair and 1000ml Goji Berry Volumizing Treatment for Flat Collapsed hair conditioner. Retail price at RM79 for shampoo and the conditioner is pricier, which is RM83. In terms of packaging, I'd say the 1000ml bottle ain't shower friendly as it wouldn't be able to fit most shower room shelves. You'd have to place them on the floor, which may catch dirty build up if you don't clean it regularly.

The result? With just one small pump (for my fine, thin hair), after rinsing process, it feels really refreshing and 'clean'. Compared to other brands which my fingers still feel icky after shampoo process, this one is really great. The shampoo comes in a clear, transparent texture while conditioner has an opaque appearance. Instantly after blow dry (make sure you blow dry at room temperature as heat damages your hair okay?), my hair feels light and super volumized. I'd recommend this for those who has oily scalp and limp hair to amp up the volume. Why didn't I discover this earlier?

I checked out their product range online and pretty much the reviews by customers are that (regardless of range although they recommend the Green Tea range) it does help to control oil. Anyway, I've mixed usage of other shampoo and A'mida Volumizing Treatment for Flat Collapsed Hair and the volume of my hair is great. It's really worth to try this product out. And if you're unsure, they have 400ml bottle which retails for RM34 (much cheaper than Hermo.my site).

Don't the "Goji Berry" just win you over? Plus 97% natural ingredients, so don't worry about it being harmful to your scalp. What's even cooler is that the label is printed using soy ink which is environmentally friendly. How cool is that? Happy trying peepz! :)
